Bosnia Companion Service

Registering and paying the service fee constitutes acceptance of the following terms:

Scope of the Service

  • The service covers preparing the participant's profile, follow-up and guidance, and arranging introductions and matches with suitable candidates for serious marriage.

Programme Duration

  • The on-the-ground programme runs for 3 days, and the schedule or timings may be adjusted for organisational reasons.

Profile Validity

  • The subscription fee covers a single personal profile. The profile stays active with no expiry date and no renewal fee, and continues to be presented whenever suitable candidates become available.

No Guarantee of Marriage

  • Subscribing does not guarantee acceptance, compatibility, or the completion of a marriage. It guarantees the delivery of the service, the search, and the matching based on the candidates available.

Visa and Travel

  • Zefaaf provides a supporting invitation for a visa application where applicable, without guaranteeing its approval. The participant is responsible for the visa, travel tickets, accommodation, transport, and personal expenses.

Refund Policy

  • The service fee is non-refundable once payment has been made and the service has been activated.

Commitment and Privacy

  • The participant undertakes to follow the instructions of the Zefaaf team, to respect others, and to protect the privacy of participants' data.

Right to Manage Participation

  • The platform reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of anyone who breaches these terms, provides inaccurate information, or negatively affects the running of the programme.

By completing registration and payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
