• By using the website or registering for any event, you agree to comply with all of these Terms and Conditions.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• REWAQ EVENTS reserves the right to cancel any registration containing inaccurate or misleading information.

• All tickets are subject to availability.
• A purchase is considered final once payment has been successfully completed.
• Tickets will be delivered electronically by email or made available through the user's account.

• Ticket fees are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed, unless otherwise announced by REWAQ EVENTS.
• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all registered attendees will be notified through their registered contact details, in addition to an official announcement published on the website, clarifying the compensation process.

• REWAQ EVENTS reserves the right to change the event's venue, date, schedule, or program due to organizational circumstances or requirements imposed by the relevant authorities, and will notify registered attendees of any updates through the official website and social media platforms.

All attendees must:

• Follow all applicable rules and instructions.
• Maintain public order.
• Respect all participants and organizers.
• Refrain from any offensive or unlawful behavior.

• The event management reserves the right to remove anyone who violates these instructions, without compensation.

• Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for media, promotional, or marketing purposes.
• By attending an event, you consent to appearing incidentally in photographs or video recordings.

• All content, logos, trademarks, and designs belonging to REWAQ EVENTS are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• REWAQ EVENTS shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or from the actions of participants or third parties.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the Dutch courts shall have jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.

• All attendees must respect guests and speakers. Objecting to them, interrupting them, raising one's voice, or causing any disruption or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
• REWAQ EVENTS, as the organizing party, reserves the right to immediately remove anyone who violates these instructions, without refunding the ticket price.

• The invitation letter is issued in the participant's name after the booking and payment are confirmed, based on the details entered exactly as they appear in the passport, and is sent by email.

• The invitation letter is intended to support the visa application and clarify the purpose of the visit; it does not guarantee that a visa will be granted, as the final decision rests with the Dutch consular authorities.
