Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the REWAQ EVENTS website or registering for any event.
Conduct and Commitment
- All participants must adhere to general etiquette, respect others, maintain privacy, and follow the instructions of the organizing team.
Organizational Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to change the event's date, venue, or program when necessary or for organizational reasons, and will notify participants of any material changes.
Refund Policy
- Registration and ticket fees are non-refundable once registration has been completed.
Visa
- If a participant requires a visa, the organizer may provide supporting documents or a dedicated invitation letter for the event where applicable. However, the issuance or refusal of the visa is at the sole discretion of the embassy or the relevant authorities, and we do not guarantee its issuance. Visa refusal is not grounds for a refund of the registration fee.
Travel and Accommodation
- Registration fees do not include flight tickets, accommodation, transportation, or personal expenses. The participant is fully responsible for arranging and covering these costs.
No Guarantee of Marriage
- Participation or payment of fees does not guarantee marriage, acceptance, or compatibility with a specific person; matchmaking and acceptance rest with God Almighty. Our team is committed to making genuine efforts in research and matching, and to providing serious opportunities for formal introductions aimed at marriage, without guaranteeing a specific outcome.
Photography and Media Content
- Parts of the event may be photographed and recorded for media, promotional, and documentation purposes. A participant's attendance and entry to the event venue constitutes their consent to possibly appearing in photographs, videos, or media materials related to the event, and to their publication and use by the organizer. Accordingly, requests to remove or delete published material solely because a participant appears in it will not be accepted.
Right to Refuse Participation
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of anyone who violates the terms or the instructions of the organizing team, or who negatively affects the smooth running of the event.
Applicable Laws
- The event is subject to the regulations and laws in force in the country and venue where the event is held.
Updating the Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions are updated from time to time in line with regulatory and legal requirements and the nature of the event; please review them periodically.
- The version published at the time the event takes place is the applicable version, and participants will be notified of any material changes where required.
Acknowledgment
- By completing registration, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
